PRESIDENT / PRODUCER

AMANDA PILEGGI (she/her) is a Toronto-based producer with over a decade in development, production, business affairs, and community arts.

She produced Racewalkers (2025, Slamdance Upstoppable Grand Jury Prize), co-produced Code 8: Part II (2024, Netflix #1 globally), and associate produced Float (2023, Wattpad Studios, Lionsgate, Elevation Pictures). Her previous roles include work with Temple Street / Boat Rocker (Killjoys, Cavendish, Dino Dana, Vintage Tech Hunters), international sales at Celluloid Dreams (The Painted Bird, Babyteeth), and Head of Development at Archipelago Productions, where she championed Content Farm (CBC Gem).

Amanda was selected for the National Screen Institute & EAVE Access Producers Program, the Canadian Film Centre’s Norman Jewison Film Program, and the Canadian Academy’s Executive Residency. In 2024, she was awarded the TIFF Share Her Journey Fellowship as part of the TIFF Series Accelerator. 

She began her career at Luminato, TIFF, and Regent Park Film Festival. In a past life, she organized community citizenship ceremonies across Canada, and sailed traditionally-rigged tallships on the Great Lakes.

Amanda holds a B.A. in Urban Systems and Cultural Studies from McGill, Certificate in Business Management for Media Professionals from WIFT/Humber, and a Certificate in Entertainment Law from Osgoode Hall.

Amanda lives with koumpounophobia. You may still see her (suffering) wearing buttons, because facing your fears is all we really can do before we die.
